Electrical Engineer turned Information Technology and Audio-Visual Project Manager/ Project Engineer since 2001. Lho Galang has over 20 years of experience in the Project Management Field. Worked in different positions including Sale Engineer/Project Manager for The Office Group, Project Manager for General Projection System, Project Manager with Calence/Avnet LLC., Also served the US Navy for six (6) years.  

• Areas of expertise include creating and managing procurement documents such as: RFI (Request for Information), IFB (Invitation for Bid), RFP (Request for Proposal), RFQ (Request for Quotation), detailed statements of work, cost summaries, engineer design work packages, WBS/ project timelines for every project assigned and close-out documents. Effectively managed budgets to ensure projects were completed to maximize gross profit and concurrently managed numerous IT and AV/VTC projects ranging from $1 to $25 Million.

Peter Scarola has expert knowledge with AV/VTC installations, technical field service, audiovisual systems design, and control systems programming.  His responsibility to include customer needs analysis, and make recommendations to end user as to the most cost-efficient design, create system design drawings, and control system programming.  

Peter Scarola has years of experience with videoconference systems including Cisco-Tandberg, Polycom, control systems such as Crestron, Extron and AMX. Also, expert knowledge with matrix switchers from Extron, AMX, Crestron, Kramer, and numerous other hardware experience.

Kristy Bolen has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance. As the CFO with Elite Applied Solutions, she is responsible for-profit analysis, forecasting, budgeting and business planning. Other responsibility includes finance leadership roles in marketing and sales development. She provides timely and financial statements, oversight over accounting and finance operations, and Invoicing processes. Kristy has extensive experience in a wide range of leadership, management and advisory positions. 

In addition to her finance oversight responsibilities, Kristy offers broad management internal control and strategic advice to management. Her Management experience has increased the effectiveness for timely Contracting payments and closures.

With over 35 years of experience in the audiovisual and technology integration industry, Michael Waldbaum serves as the Technology Director for EAS. Michael’s programming knowledge is unmatched—particularly in platforms such as Crestron, AMX, Biamp, Extron, and many others. His technical precision and relentless pursuit of excellence have made him an invaluable leader at EAS, where he continues to set the standard for quality, innovation, and reliability. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Michael approaches every project with a commitment to perfection and a deep understanding of complex systems. His leadership and hands-on expertise ensure that clients consistently receive solutions that are not only highly functional but also elegantly executed. When he's not shaping the future of AV technology with EAS, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Lori, and escaping to the water to fish whenever he can.
